Notes on Password Change

1. Individuals are responsible for protecting and maintaining password confidentiality.
2. Avoid recording passwords on paper, or posting them on PC or terminal screens or other places where secrets are likely to be revealed.
3. When there are signs that a user's password may be compromised, the password should be changed immediately.
